Many cases handled at The Nurse Attorney, P.A. are referred to us by other attorneys. We have a wide network of referring lawyers throughout Florida and nationwide, and consider every referral a compliment of our capabilities and strengths in representing your injured clients.

If your client has a medical malpractice, wrongful death or personal injury claim which falls outside the scope of your practice, we welcome the opportunity to work with you.

OUR REFERRAL PROCESS

We are committed to making the referral experience a smooth, positive, and beneficial one for everyone involved.

When we accept your referral, we enter into a contract with both you and your client to establish the distribution of fees. This ensures that all parties are informed and protected.

Our referral fees are are structured in full accordance with The Florida Bar Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 4-1.5 (f)(4)(D).

YOU CHOOSE YOUR LEVEL OF INVOLVEMENT

When it comes to your degree of involvement in a case you refer, we let you choose the level of involvement you desire.

Some referring attorneys prefer a very “hands-on” level of participation with active involvement;

Others want to be involved only at critical points in the process; and

Many want no involvement once the fee-sharing agreement is executed.

We are extremely flexible and open to most any arrangement to accommodate your desired level of involvement.
